Tara Ayars, Nursing Assistant II from the St James Veterans Home has been selected as the Missouri Veterans Commission March 2008 Employee of the Month.

Tara was selected for her outstanding work as a CNA Lead Worker. Tara has proven herself to be an excellent preceptor for new staff and CNA students which also benefits our Veterans. Tara was recently named Rookie of the Year in 2007 at the NAHCA Convention. Her dedication to Veterans and care for others was evident when she has used personal time to ensure the NAHCA leadership team had the resources needed for a philanthropic project.
