The Missouri Veterans Commission has announced Lisa Helms as the new Veterans Service Officer for the Farmington Veterans Service Office located at 901 Progress Drive, Farmington, MO, 63640. Helms will start February 1, 2018.
Veterans Service Officers assist Veterans and their dependents with filing for Department of Veterans Affairs benefits, including submitting the claims applications with all necessary documentation.
Helms will be available by appointment Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Helms can be reached at 573-218-6130 or by email at lisa.helms@mvc.dps.mo.gov.
